Tom McHugh Construction was established in 2006 by Tom McHugh. He began his training in 1999 by completing a 4-year apprenticeship. After finishing his apprenticeship, he decided to continue working for the company for one year and was lucky to receive one-on-one training, which focused mainly on carpentry. He then moved to Australia for a year, where he worked as a carpenter. Tom moved back to Ireland in 2005, coming home with six years of quality training and experience before starting up his business.

Tom McHugh Construction is a team of three dedicated individuals who strive to provide excellent construction and carpentry to their customers. The business also subcontracts electricians, plumbers, and more for projects to ensure only the best results. We provide a range of services under construction and carpentry. Some of our construction work includes new builds, renovations, retrofitting homes, and commercial projects. We craft, source, and fit doors, stairs, timber floors, panelling, attic conversions, and garden fencing and decking on the carpentry side. We mainly provide our services in Donegal and the North West of Ireland.
